About our Programs:

For three decades, Windows' Hebrew-Arabic magazine exposed tens of thousands of students, educators, and community members to carefully researched information about past and present events. This Alternative Media was distributed in dozens of schools via workshops, and added topics rarely addressed to the standard curriculum. These on-sight educational interventions have recently evolved into our Teachers’ Training workshops, which enable us to share our many years’ experience with educators. Our other public programs are equally integral to our mission; these include art projects, tours, lectures and workshops, and are designed with the intention of encouraging open debate in a safe environment. It is our resounding belief that solidarity actions make a difference in people's lives

Due to Covid 19 we were forced to interrupt some of our programs, but our work did not stand still. Windows` members used the time for evaluating 30 years of Windows work. After a long process of research we are now able to say that our programs can be proven as effective from an academic point of view.

In the next few years we plan to continue with our Youth, Graduates and Teacher Programs. If you want to learn more about the programs, have a look into our latest Newsletter.

Windows' work is possible thanks to local and international support. Your donation, big or small, helps us maintain our unique structure in these challenging times, share our many years of experience, conduct more programs  and have a greater impact!
